FAQ
What if I’m too busy?
Fair question — especially if you’ve been through the usual grind: 2–3 clinic visits a week, burning PTO and rearranging life.
At Renew, it’s different. You’ll come in just once every 3–4 weeks. The rest happens at home, at your convenience with our guidance.
We don’t cram you into a schedule. We build the plan around yours.
I’ve tried everything already. How is this going to be different?
Because we are.
This isn’t the same old clinic with the same old plan. This is physical therapy reimagined — built from the ground up to actually work.
You’ll get:
- Real answers
- A root-cause roadmap
- Personalized support
- Coaching that keeps you moving
But here’s what really makes it different: you.
Because this time, you’ll show up with clarity, momentum, and a team in your corner.
When you’ve got real guidance and accountability, you don’t just try harder.
You move differently. You think differently. You are different.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Every problem has a cause.
That means every problem has a solution.
Your body follows patterns, and once we find the faulty one, we can fix it.
It’s not guesswork. It’s a process. And we won’t stop until we find the path that gets you free.
Do I need a referral?
Nope. You can start your journey today — no doctor’s note required.
Do you take insurance?
No — and that’s the point.
We built Renew to serve you, not insurance checklists. That makes us out-of-network with all plans — and proudly so.
Because when the system’s broken, fitting in isn’t the goal. Standing out is.
I don’t live near St. Augustine, Florida. Can we still work together?
Absolutely.
We work with clients across the U.S. and overseas.
No intergalactic clients yet but we’re ready when NASA calls.
Is it worth the cost?
Only you can answer that. But ask yourself this:
- What’s it worth to trust your body again?
- To say “yes” to the things you’ve been avoiding?
- To build the kind of strength that protects your future?
This isn’t cheap.
It’s not a quick fix.
It’s an investment into the only thing you’ll keep for life: yourself.
And If that’s not worth it… what is?
