I use active listening techniques to create a safe space that gives you room to work through your life challenges and to identify goals you would like to meet.

From there, we work together to create a clear, achievable plan to overcome those challenges and meet those goals. Since you came up with the goals and helped create the plan, it will be unique and individualized to your needs and circumstances. 

All of this happens during one-on-one sessions which can be in-person or virtual depending on what fits your schedule the best. This allows me to support you every step of the way as you put your plan into action and move toward the joyful, connected, energetic person you know you were meant to be.
