Your movement training program comes to you through an app on your phone where you will see videos of me demonstrating all of your exercises so you know you are doing them correctly.
Our app allows you to message us instantly with any questions, concerns, or problems you may be having with your program. It also reminds you to do your exercises every day and notifies us of your progress, so we can give encouragement when it is needed, because even the best of us need a little push sometimes.
✔ In addition to your home program, you will also have one-on-one, in-person visits with Matt.
These visits ensure understanding of your exercises and stretches, troubleshoot any problems you may encounter, and progress you through your journey.
